How to take care of your skin to keep it healthy and looking young!

To keep your skin in perfect condition, it is essential to follow a daily skincare ritual.

The skin of the face is extremely delicate, so it needs proper care.

To answer the question of how to take care of your face, it is very important to determine your skin type and diagnose its problems, if any. The best complement to proper care is a healthy, natural diet.

1. Cleansing is the key

Thorough cleansing of the skin should be a daily little beauty ritual before going to bed. Cleansing in the evening is more important than cleansing in the morning. During the day, air pollutants settle on the exposed skin of the face. It is best to wash them off immediately after returning home. If you wear makeup, remember that sleeping in makeup has a very bad effect on the condition of your skin. Colorful cosmetics combined with sebum and atmospheric pollution clog pores and make it difficult for the skin to breathe freely, which is very important for its health and nice and fresh appearance.

3. Toning the face

An important issue when it comes to how to take care of your skin is also to pay attention to the pH – it can be neither too acidic nor too alkaline. Unfortunately, most cleansers upset the skin's natural pH balance, so it's up to us to restore this balance. Tonics work best for this. Just wash your face and you're done.

4. Eye care

Particularly noteworthy are the delicate eye area, which should be taken care of even before we move on to proper face care. The skin under the eyes is thin and most vulnerable to aging – wrinkles around the eyes appear the earliest, and dark circles and bags under the eyes add years. Remember to use the eye cream regularly and always pat it in with your fingertips, limiting intense friction.

5. Moisturizing first

Water is the most important thing for the skin and there is no doubt about it. Therefore, proper skin care should be based primarily on moisturizing. This can be done in two stages. First, by providing the skin with water thanks to creams or masks with humectants, and then by preventing its evaporation, e.g. thanks to oils that rebuild the skin's water-lipid barrier. Importantly, you need to moisturize all skin types – including oily or irritated skin.

6. Intensive Nutrition

In addition to hydration, the skin also needs the right nutrients to maintain elasticity, radiance and beauty. Vitamins A and E, minerals (zinc, silicon) and ingredients such as collagen, coenzyme Q10, hyaluronic acid, ceramides are needed for cell renewal. All this can be provided to the skin by applying a good face cream or serum to the face every day.

7.Once a week home spa

Regular exfoliation of dead skin cells is necessary to keep the skin of the face in good condition. A weekly scrub is the perfect solution. Its lack in skin care means that the skin does not renew, and thus loses its glow and becomes sallow. The type of peeling should be properly selected for the individual requirements of the skin. Skin cleansed of dead skin cells regenerates faster, is smoother, has a uniform color and better absorbs nutrients from cosmetics. The scrub also stimulates microcirculation.

8.Facial massage

To increase blood flow in the skin and oxygenate all its cells well, we can also regularly perform facial massage and yoga. The first home treatment involves massaging various parts of the face, making circular movements with your fingers. Yoga, on the other hand, is about stimulating circulation, moving muscles and making the skin more elastic with appropriate facial movements and the use of facial expressions. Massage and facial yoga can help you deal with with a double chin and skin that lacks elasticity, as long as we do it regularly.
